Accidents involving this tool are common, but totally preventable. After successfully completing this programme the risk of an accident by anyone using a “cut-off saw” will be dramatically reduced!

• Familiarisation of machine parts and functions
• Pre-Operational checks

Section 2 – Process operations

• Setting up of work-piece
• PPE
• Safe operation of the saw

Section 3 – Care and Maintenance

• Replacement of Cutting Disc
(Disc removal, Disc selection, Fitting Replacement Disc)
• Standard preventive maintenance procedures of the saw
